With applications ranging from very small volumes with
concentrated pollutants to larger volume general ventilation, Ceilcote APC’s wide
range of air pollution control products can handle the toughest challenges from the
pharmaceutical and medical products industries. Our scrubber systems are installed at most
major pharmaceutical facilities on tablet coating operations, pilot reactor vents, and
full-scale production systems. Ceilcote APC’s scrubbers are also used for emergency scrubbing,
ventilation of chemical storage tanks and medical product sterilization. Our systems can
be custom designed to meet both specific plant and MACT regulatory requirements for acids,
alcohols and other HAPS. With options such as conductive carbon gel coating, high-pressure
housings and special shaft seals, our FRP fans can be customized to
meet special industry needs.
